This is a template for a 10-page Business plan.  Instructions.

• It is also possible to generate 10 pages for each major sections.  That is a 110-page business - don't do that unless you want to. If you do it, make people write it, you write it and you read it but dont make people read it. 

• Do the 10 Pager First. Start with the Exec Summary and the finacial plan.

• It is a living document - basically never finished - there are just versions

• Read it out loud - It should read like a story mixed with stage directions

• Do not follow these instructions exactly

• Change the plan substructure as needed

• Test the plan - figure out tests

• Figure out how your feed bvack looks - Businesses are a lot like machines driven by algorithms. Good machines, based on cybernetic systems theory have sensors and feedback loops
